This morning we arrived at Gagudja Lodge in Cooinda Kakadu, which is the home of the yellow water.
On the way there we had a wild pig run across the road in front of the car.
The pool is very nice here and quite large, it is a lagoon style pool. The weather is 30 degrees so we spent about 3 hours by the pool.
At 4.00pm we went on a 2 hour boat tour called the Yellow Water Billabong Cruise.
They have over 280 different types of birds here, some of them are jabiru, sea eagles, jacana's and many more. Also they have lots of lotus and water lillies.
We saw many salt water crocodiles whilst on the cruise, some of them are very big.
At the end of the cruise we watched the sunset over Kakadu. It is really pretty here.
If you look at this photo you can see those brown dots there are hundreds of birds.
